Shipping policy

SHIPPING

Orders for ready-stock items are processed and dispatched within 2-5 working days (excluding weekends and Public Holidays) from the time we receive your order. Do ensure that the full and correct address is accurate in your order. We will not be responsible in the event that the address provided by customer is incomplete/incorrect. Orders with incomplete/ incorrect address may result in lost or delayed mailed, and any shipping costs for re-delivery will be borne by the customer.

SINGAPORE ORDERS

Orders will be sent via courier service for all orders within Singapore with a flat rate of $5 per order. Orders above $60 are eligible for free courier delivery.

There is an option for free normal mail during check-out, but it will not be trackable and once order has been sent out, Daprayer Designs will not provide refund or replacement if the package is lost during delivery.

Once your parcel has been shipped out, it will take 2-7 working days to reach you.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

If you would like to place an order from outside of Singapore for physical products, please email daprayerdesigns@gmail.com with the list of items that you are keen to purchase so we can provide you with a quote for the delivery charges based on your location. International orders typically takes 4-6 weeks, depending on your delivery location. 

Please note that any taxes or customs fees relating to your purchase as deemed by your country's legal regulations are to be held responsible by the customer.
