Refund policy

All sales are final and there is strictly no refund for the items after confirmation. If you received a wrong item or your item is received in poor condition, please take a photo of the items and drop us an email at daprayerdesigns@gmail.com with details of the issue within 5 days of receiving your order so that we can follow up with you. Once the issue has been verified, we will ship out a replacement if available. In an event where a replacement is not available, we will refund the full purchase price of your item in the form of shopping credits. Our promise to replace the item or refund you does not apply to faults or damages caused by accident, neglect or misuse. Refund is not applicable to customised and personalised items.
